RMV Certified User/Operator: NASA-STD-8739.6B, Section 7 ESD Training and ANSI/ESD Standards (ANSI/ESDS 20.21) are designed for the User/Operator that packages, handles, stores, transports and repairs ESD circuit card assemblies and EEE parts (ESD Sensitive Devices) for armaments, containerization, CubeSats, satellites and UAVs sensitive to electrostatic discharges (ESD).
Proper work practices, packaging & handling protocols combined with a clear understanding of the source and control of static charges in the ESD Protective Area (EPA) is presented in a very interactive format and brought to you “Live” from the RMV Laboratory at NASA Ames Research Center, Virtual with interactive demonstrations and videos or on-site at your facility for larger groups.
You will see “live” demonstrations, on-screen measurements, videos and mishaps that have occurred due to ESD non-compliance of materials, packaging and products.
